Add BrightFarms® Sunny Crunch®to a large salad bowl.
Peel and slice yellow and red beets and watermelon radishes.
Arrange beets and radishes over the lettuce.
In a mason jar, mix together the vinaigrette ingredients and shake to combine.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad before serving.
Garnish with sunflower seeds.
