Ingredients
8 oz . BrightFarms ® Baby Spinach or BrightFarms ® salad of your choice!
2 oz. g orgonzola, c rumbled
1 cup p ecans
½ cup d ried c ranberries
2 p ears, cut into thin slices
1 small c arrot, ribboned
Cranberry Vinaigrette
1 cup cr anberry s auce
1 tsp o range z est
½ cup o range j uice
¼ cup b alsamic v inegar
¼ cup o live o il
½ tsp s alt
Recipe preparation
Place salad greens in a large bowl. Peel the pears and cut into thin slices, removing the core and any seeds.
Peel the carrot and use vegetable peeler to peel the carrot into ribbons.
Add pear slices, cranberries, carrot ribbons, and pecans to the bowl.
In a mason jar, combine dressing ingredients and shake to combine.
Toss everything in the bowl with the dressing. Serve immediately.
