Ingredients
2 p ackages of BrightFarms ® Sunny Crunch ®
½ lb b acon, cooked and chopped to 1-in pieces
2 pints t omatoes of your choice
½ cup c ucumbers, sliced and quartered
½ cup m ini b ell p eppers, seeded and sliced
5 r adishes, quartered
2 g reen o nions, chopped
2 a vocados, seeded and diced
Dressing
½ cup Greek y ogurt
¼ cup f resh b asil
1 c love g arlic, peeled
1 l emon, juiced
S alt & p epper to taste
Recipe preparation
Combine dressing ingredients until blended.
Add water until achieve desired consistency.
Add greens to large platter.
Arrange remaining ingredients on top of greens.
Add avocado and bowl of dressing when ready to serve.
