Homemaker’s Habitat’s gorgeous BLT Platter Salad is a showstopper for picnics and potlucks and also makes for a perfect summer weeknight meal!

BLT Platter Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
  • 2 packages of BrightFarms® Sunny Crunch® 
  • ½ lb bacon, cooked and chopped to 1-in pieces 
  • 2 pints tomatoes of your choice
  • ½ cup cucumbers, sliced and quartered 
  • ½ cup mini bell peppers, seeded and sliced 
  • 5 radishes, quartered 
  • 2 green onions, chopped 
  • 2 avocados, seeded and diced 
Dressing 
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt 
  • ¼ cup fresh basil 
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled 
  • 1 lemon, juiced 
  • Salt & pepper to taste 
Recipe Preparation
  1. Combine dressing ingredients until blended. 
  2. Add water until you achieve the desired consistency. 
  3. Add greens to large platter. 
  4. Arrange remaining ingredients on top of greens. 
  5. Add avocado and bowl of dressing when ready to serve.
